Tools For Your Toolbox

As a Pitching and Conditioning Specialist I am always looking to "put another tool in my toolbox". I believe I have found TWO tools.

Major League Insider Training comes from Jeff Cavaliere MSPT, CSCS. He served as both the Head Physical Therapist and Assistant Strength Coach for the last three seasons with the New York Mets, beginning with their 2006 N.L. East Championship season. He is both an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Certified Pilates Instructor. During his three seasons with the Mets, Jeff quickly became known in the game for his unique and cutting edge approaches to functional conditioning for baseball. His ability to apply his knowledge of biomechanics towards developing some of the most effective yet never before seen exercises for pitchers and position players alike, is second to none in the game.

Off the field, Cavaliere continues to lecture on the topics of baseball injury prevention and sport specific conditioning, appears monthly in Men's Fitness Magazine, has written for STACK magazine, was featured recently in Advance magazine, and was recently named one of America's Top 50 Greatest Trainers 2008 by Men's Fitness. When maximizing potential and reaching peak performance is your goal, Jeff is at the very top of the game!

Major League Insider Training is promoted by Johan Sanatana, Mike Pelfry, Tom Glavine, Damion Easley, David Wright, and John Maine. Check out the TESTIMONY tab on Jeff's website Major League Insider Training

The second tool, 60 Yard Dash Secrets, is from Thurman Hendrix. He has a Masters degree in Exerice Science and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He played professional baseball and has trained athletes from numerous MLB teams.

Thurman understands the recruiting process and knows that tenths of a second in the 60 yard dash can mean the difference between a Division I scholarship and a Division II scholarship.

If you are looking to improve your baseball specific speed, do yourself a favor by checking out Thurman Hendrix's 60 Yard Dash Secrets program.

Wishing you health and success,
Joe
