Still Unsure About Which Speed Training Program To Use?

Latif Thomas of the completespeedtraining program sent me a follow up email to his program. I posted it below.

After reading the below email and you have an interest in Latif's program, email me here and I will send you a special complete speed training report that Latif has given me permission to distribute.

Wishing you health and success,
Joe

If you're involved with athletes such as track and field sprinters, or football players, Complete Speed Training is a no brainer.

Though the price might be scaring you off. Or fear that the program doesn't work. Or even that my 365 day money back guarantee is bogus.

And I understand those concerns.

But what if you're not sure if Complete Speed Training is right for your athletes?

I can keep sending articles, advice and marketing emails, but they'll only have a limited effect.

After all, you probably think I'll say anything to get you to buy the program.

For these reasons I'd like to share an email with you that I received from a customer. Some of the concerns he has overcome are likely quite similar to ones you may have and I don't think
there is more legitimate proof about the value of CST than the opinion of actual customers.

So take a look at what this customer, Bob Mirenzi, has to say about concerns he overcame and successes he continues to find, even in a sport not traditionally thought of as benefiting from
'speed training'.

"Let me say that I was a bit sceptical as to the efficacy of your program. It is a considerable expense compared to others and I was a little cautious in response to the repeated marketing, but I put my faith in the basic trustworthiness and eagerness to help kids I have found to be true in the Track world. I have reviewed your program repeatedly, as I said, I am a XC coach and am not sure about the proper tact to take with Speed training specifically.

I started by giving the warmup disc to my captain who is now in charge of preworkout drills. We have set up a daily preworkout based on your outline and have replaced most stretching. (which was generally an ineffective coffee chat time)

This week I started 1 day a week of simple speed work based on your outline. As they made the connection between the warmup drills and the speed drills, things began to click.

I am starting slow with basic technique and form and am very happy.

I have been doing the workouts also and am impressed in the changes this 52 year od body has made.

An added bonus, I talked 4 sprinters from track into giving XC a crack (I was hoping theses mediocre sprinters would become good 800 guys.) They really appreciate the workouts and I have used them as my display guys since they already have some exposure through their track workouts.

I see that they may go back and become outstanding 200-400 runners, already noticing a marked change in their delivery, attitude and general vision of themselves.

I am trying to relate the concepts to distance running and have focused on the last 50% of hill attack and mid race attack and positioning and try to apply the sprint/float and foot over knee technique to these aspects.

As I am running I am employing theses techniques and seeing great change in myself. It has reawakened my competive side and bought me a few more kids on the team I can give a run
for their money.

I have called for a consult and am looking forward to talking to you.

If you havent figured it out by now, I am happy that I made the plunge and bought your program and even thank you for your repeated marketing techniques.

I may find myself coaching the sprint team this spring, also."

I love emails like this! So many people who were hesitant to 'take the plunge' come back and tell us how, depite their initial concern, they are so glad they purchased the program because of the results they are getting.

And those emails come from coaches, parents, trainers and athletes alike.

Now it's your turn to take the plunge:

payments spread 30 days apart. For me, payment plan options
always make me feel much better about larger purchases.
