Alternative to gym memberships to rid the holiday weight gain

One of the topics I have been asked about lately has to do with fitness/exercising and the effects of the economy on personal budgets. The question is usually phrased something like this... "Is there a gym alternative to help me with the holiday weight gain?"

Workout Without Weights - Coach Eddie Lomax has created a bodyweight calisthenic workout progression system. Workout Without Weights is a step-by-step plan using your bodyweight for resistance at home. For $19.95 Coach Lomax will send you the Workout Without Weights system plus bonuses.

Athletic Body - Coach Eddie Lomax has also created the Athletic Body workout system. Coach Lomax offers this program plus bonuses for $19.95.
